Tip of the Day - Butter

Always keep a few sticks of butter softened and ready to go for baking.  Softening them in the microwave can make the butter too melted too fast. When too melted, it won't cream up when making frosting and your cookies won't hold the correct shape when baking. Get yourself a pretty butter dish to set out on your counter and always keep it stocked.
